ABOUT RAJEEV SINGH

Rajeev Singh is an Indian photographer based in Kolkata, working across editorial, documentary, humanitarian and travel photography.
Born near Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh and based in Kolkata since 2003, Rajeev Singh has spent thirty years photographing people, places and everyday life across India — from the ghats of Varanasi to the coastlines of West Bengal, from the streets of Kolkata to remote villages and rivers across the country.

The Photographer

A traveler on a journey from confusion to clarity, and from a false identity to a true sense of self. It is an ongoing process—of discovering, understanding, and slowly letting go of what is not real. Through this journey, I continue to learn how to face the unknown, stay present, and remain open to change.

The Practice

Surrounded by nature and people, I use my camera to record moments, realisations, and experiences—sharing my perspective on life and its quiet mysteries. My photographs are my way of telling these stories.

The Purpose

Through my pictures , I invite all of you to bring bits of my stories into your life and home. New Pictures are released regularly, so check back often. If you sign up for updates, you will get notified about a new realisation , emotion, experience or just a moment .
